Personal 1-1 Training
One to one sessions in the studio so you have the session, and the facility, to yourself.
After a thorough consultation I will build your plan which will be delivered via the Personal Best app, along with all your other coaching materials, from nutrition to mindset, so you can see exactly what we will be doing from week to week.
Monthly memberships from £180 p/m
Semi-private sessions. Still coached by me but you share the studio space with 2-3 other people and train together. These sessions are good fun and it’s great to have support and banter with people on a similar journey

Train with a friend or partner. As with 1-1 training you will have the session and the facility to yourselves.

what if i'm really unfit?
We all have to start somewhere! This is about breaking down your ‘big’ goal into smaller mini goals that you achieve as you go, which is a great way to boost motivation and confidence too. You got this!
how long are sessions?
Typically sessions for 1-1 and semi-private are about an hour, rarely less and sometimes more depending on the session. But it goes fast!
I do also offer a 30 minute package too.
is there a minimum contract?
No. I really want you to enjoy your time working with me so I’d hope you’d want to stay, but if for whatever reason, you need to stop training at Personal Best you will always just pay for the month you are on.
what if i have a pre-existing health condition?
Most health conditions can be improved by getting fitter and adopting healthier nutrition habits. I have worked with clients with various conditions from pregnancy to diabetes, to joint and back pain.
Speaking to your GP might help you decide whether exercise is appropriate for you. I will never put you at risk by working outside of my scope of practice so if I would always refer on to the appropriate health professional if that is better for you. If this is you, do give me a call and we can chat about it.
do I have to sign up to the app?
Some people worry about their tech skills with using apps. Honestly, I am a terrible technophobe so if I can do it, you definitely can! I can help you get everything set up and the app itself is really intuitive and such a powerful coaching tool. If you prefer to do things with pen and paper though, you can do just fine keeping a training diary and I can easily write you a printed hard copy version.
how many sessions per week?
This is up to you. People initially find it helpful to have 2 or 3 sessions per week with me whilst they get used to everything and then go down to once a week or even once a fortnight. The great thing about the app is that we can adopt a hybrid approach so that you can have a mix of sessions with me and other sessions that you do on your own.
